The United Press International (UPI) published an article titled Jason Mantzoukas, Ella Purnell, and others have joined the voice cast of Star Trek: Prodigy, the new Star Trek animated series. On Paramount+, Star Trek: Prodigy will follow a group of alien teenagers who uncover a derelict Starfleet ship and use it for adventure, meaning, and salvation. Janko Pog is voiced by Mantzoukas, and Gwyn is played by Purnell. Dal is played by Brett Gray, Murf is played by Dee Bradley Baker, Zero is played by Angus Imrie, and Roh-Tahk is played by Rylee Alazraqui.
